Everyone goes to meet each other and congratulates Diwali. Feeds sweets. And eat and light firecrackers. Diwali often starts celebrating from evening and believes till night.
On the second day of Diwali, New Year is celebrated. On this day also we celebrate with great pomp, greeting each other for the New Year.
One day after Diwali, Bhai Dooj is celebrated. On this day sister put tilak on her brother’s forehead. Taxes take blessings and eats new Pavans.
The festival of Diwali is also very much liked by the students, because there is a holiday of about 15 or 20 days in the school. That’s why the Diwali of the students is very fun. The office is also closed for at least 5 to 10 days.
